Why submit paper to CS-Journals?
CS-JOURNALS has established itself as a professional and notable venue for publishing high quality research papers recognized by various universities and international professional bodies since 2008.

 

Are CS-JOURNALS published articles available for free?

Yes, all the papers published by CS-JOURNALS are available for download for free at www.csjournals. We are here to support the Open Access Publication policy.

 

What is the standard or quality of papers published in CS-JOURNALS?

Like most journals, CS-JOURNALS try to ensure publishing high quality papers. Papers that have a significant contribution, worth for sharing an idea, a concept, a technique or a result, are considered for publication as determined by our reviewers. Typically, acceptance rate varies from 20% to 35% only.

 

What is the frequency of publications?

To maintain quality of research work CS-JOURNALS publishes regular issues after every 6-months apart from special issues . Therefore, 2-regular issues are published every year of all the three journals.

 

May I request an extension for submitting my paper?

Yes, you may request an extension; typically an extension for paper submission varies from 10-20 days.

 

How do I submit my paper?

We highly recommend authors to use the CS-JOURNALS paper template to format their papers according to CS-JOURNALS style. Then use the Paper Submission Form to submit. During review, we accept only MS-Word file of size less than 700KB.

 

I am having problems while submitting my paper through Online Submission.

When will I receive an acknowledgment email for my submission?

Paper Acceptance/rejection notification will be acknowledged within 2-5 days. In case you do not receive any acknowledgment for a submitted paper, please do not resubmit your paper using the Paper Submission Form. Kindly drop us an email at editor@csjournals.com.

 

My paper has not been accepted. What do I do now?

Papers not accepted on the first review round are sending back to authors either for major/minor revisions or subject to complete reject. In case a paper is not accepted (major/minor revision required), we highly recommend authors to revise and implement the reviewer’s recommendations and re-submit through Paper Submission Form. Each submitted paper has a maximum of 4 review rounds.

 

I have submitted my revised paper. What next?

Revised papers are sent to the reviewers concerned to ensure continued evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the papers. Authors are informed about the publication decision once we receive the reviewer’s feedback and recommendations; the process takes maximum 4 days.

 

My paper has been accepted, how do I pay the processing charges?
Information about paper processing charges will be provided to you through email, author has to fill up copyright form and send back to us after sign it (through email) we accept processing fees through Credit Card, Cash Deposit, Online bank transfer/ Western Union Monet Xfer.

 

ePublication Certificate. Why and When?

As a recognition of the author’s contribution in CS-JOURNALS proceedings, CS-JOURNALS will issue an ePublication Certificate. The certificates are normally sent (via email) within 1-2 weeks from the date of publication. All certificates will be sent to the corresponding authors only. Co-authors need to contact the corresponding author.

 

Why CS-JOURNALS has article-processing charges?

Publishing with open access is not without costs. CS-JOURNALS defrays those costs from article-processing charges, because there is no charge to access its research content, believing instead that immediate, world-wide, barrier-free, open access to the full text of research articles is in the best interests of the scientific community.

 

Where is my article publication money going?

Publication fees are used to pay for several expenses:

  • Manuscript handling from submission to publication.
  • Electronic composition and production.
  • Server and website update and maintenance.
  • Reviewing of research papers on Fast Track.
  • Electronic archiving.
  • ePublication Certificate.
  • Administrative expenses and other overheads.
